How to add a unit to Channex
1. The unit needs to be created and set up both in ResBook and as listings on the required OTA channels.
Make sure that
- there is at least one photo of the property loaded against the unit in ResBook (How To Access The Photo Gallery Using ResBook)
- the maximum number of adults is correctly set up in ResBook (in the Beds tab of the stock unit settings)
2. Email us at clientservices@tomahawk.co.nz and let us know the name of the stock units that need to be added.
We will add them in the backend of the channel manager and let you know once done so you can go ahead with the next step.
3. Follow Channex's instructions for the required OTA:
