Why am I not receiving booking confirmation for Direct bookings when I am receiving other emails?
Please ensure that you have checked the below:
1) Check your Email Spam folder - If you find the email in your Spam, make sure that you mark the sender as safe (whitelist our Email address)
2) Ensure that the email address is in Settings > System Settings > General Settings > Send email alerts to this address > fill in the address and ensure that the ResBook PMS Emails are ticked
3) Ensure that you are using one of the Email confirmation options (You cannot use both of them):
- Email templates (Settings > System Settings > Email Templates > Activate Email templates)
- Standard Replies (Settings > System Settings > Standard Replies > Prepolute Standard replies > Save)
