Why am I not receiving booking confirmation for Direct bookings when I am receiving other emails?
Please ensure that you have checked the below:
1) Check your Email Spam folder - If you find the email in your Spam, make sure that you mark the sender as safe (whitelist our Email address)
2) Ensure that the email address is in Settings > System Settings > General Settings > Send email alerts to this address > fill in the address and ensure that the ResBook Emails are ticked
3) Ensure that you are using one of the Email confirmation options (You cannot use both of them):
- Email templates (Settings > System Settings > Email Templates > Activate Email templates)
- Standard Replies (Settings > System Settings > Standard Replies > Prepolute Standard replies > Save)
