Resbook Bookings Create a Group Booking
Bookings - Create a Group Booking
The functionality to create bookings with multiple stock units has been extended to the manual booking form within ResBook. Users can add multiple stock units from inventory to a new booking.
To add an additional stock unit follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Click the (+) symbol next to the Unit name. |

Step 2: Select a different stock unit from the drop-down in the new line. |

Step 3: Enter the remaining booking details. All fields marked with * are compulsory. |

Step 4: You will also need to update the rates at the bottom for a group booking. Make sure you click [UPDATE RATES] to recalculate the rates and total price of the booking (this does not save the booking). |

Step 5: Once all required fields are filled in, scroll down and click [SAVE]. The group booking will then be displayed on your calendar. |
