We have introduced 3 new statuses for your calendar screen if a booking has been paid in full, partially paid, or no payment has been received. The status options use different colour coding – which you can choose in the settings. This will allow you to see at a glance the payment status of each upcoming booking.
Step 1:
Go to Settings > System Settings > Calendar Settings > Choose the colour you would like to assign to the below statuses > Save Settings
1. Confirmed (No Payment Received)
2. Confirmed (Deposit Received)
3. Confirmed (Paid in Full)
Step 2:
- Go to Calendar and click on the 'View Booking' button to edit the booking status
2. You will see the dropdown options as below, select the one you want and Save the booking.
3. The colour of the booking will change to the new status and will be visible on the main calendar page for you to view the current status of your bookings.
Agenda View:
You will be able to view them all in Agenda View and filter the bookings accordingly.

These new statuses have been added to most of the reports so you can make them easy to export and/or print.
Note:
- This will be available for only the New Calendar version.
To switch to new calendar, go to ResBook > Settings > System Settings > Calendar Settings > Display new calendar to ‘Yes’ > Save Settings - All the statuses will need to be managed manually once the booking has dropped in ResBook
- If you want to change the status to pending again for some reason from one of these new statuses, you must cancel the booking first. Change the status of this existing booking to new request > Save Booking > Change Status to Pending now > Save Booking
