How to Send Updates from ResBook to Channex on a stock unit level
If you would like to send an update just for a few stock units this can be done by using the update button on the stock unit level rather than the global update for all.
When rates and/or minimum stays are added or modified in ResBook, they are not updated automatically to the channel manager that sends them to the OTA channels and you therefore need to send an update from ResBook to the ResChannels / Channex channel manager so that the OTA channels display them correctly.
- Make sure the rates and minimum stay restrictions are set up as you require in ResBook
- Go to Settings [the cog wheel gear icon ⚙] > Portals > ResChannels
- Tick mark the stock unit(s) you wish to send the update for > click Update button at the end of the stock unit > select Rates to update rates. Repeat the process for minimum stays and then for availability.
Always update rates, minimum stays, and then availability in this order.
This button will only send the update for the stock unit being ticked.
In the below example, only for Ahoe Retreats and not for the other one(s)
