How to refund a guest with Stripe

If you use Stripe as a payment gateway and need to refund a payment or part of a payment to a guest, you will need to contact our team.

Email our client services team at clientservices@tomahawk.co.nz with confirm the following information regarding the refund you need:

  • booking name
  • booking email address
  • exact $$ amount to be refunded

Once we have received this information, we will proceed with the refund and you can expect up to 10 business days for the banks to process the funds.
