How To Get Started With ResOnline Channel Management


This quick guide will help you get started with ResOnline channel management using ResBook.

To get started, choose which of the following best represents you and then scroll down to the related section below.

1. Visit the signup URL of each channel by clicking on the name.
2. Once you have signed up, a representative from each channel will be in touch to facilitate product setup. Inform them that you are using ResOnline as your channel manager.
3. You will receive a username, password, and property ID from each channel.
4. Get in touch with the Tomahawk team to assist with the setup of your ResOnline account.

Note: Channel management requires ResBook to be on Instant Confirmation at all times.




If you are already using some channels but are not using a channel manager then this section will help you get started with ResOnline.


1. Inform your channels that you want to use ResOnline as your channel manager.
2. Each channel will issue a new username, password and property ID for your ResOnline connection.
3. Get in touch with the Tomahawk team to assist with the set up of your ResOnline account.


Note: Channel management requires ResBook to be on Instant Confirmation at all times.




If you are using SiteMinder as your channel manager and wish to move to ResOnline then this section will help you with that process.


1. Inform SiteMinder that you wish to give 30 days notice to cancel your account.
2. Inform your channels that you want to use ResOnline as your channel manager.
3. Each channel will issue a new username, password and property ID for your ResOnline connection.
4. Get in touch with the Tomahawk team to assist with the set up of your ResOnline account.
5. Once we have advised you that your ResOnline account is live, bookings should occur in real-time.
6. Follow up with SiteMinder that your account is closed.
