How To Find Your Statistics Department Report In ResBook
Statistics Department Report
Hover over Reports > Statistics > Click on [Statistics Department Report].
According to the month that is selected, the following Statistics will be displayed:
Click on Show details for more information.
Total stay units are: Sum of physical rooms booked in the current month (Doesn't take into account for virtual rooms)
The number of stay units on the last night of the month: Sum of physical rooms (regardless of whether rooms are booked or not) on the last night of the month.
The next section reveals information about the guests living in a different country/region:
Towards the bottom, information on this can be displayed by clicking on 'show details'. The report will break down into days of the month.
Limitations (The following is not included in the Detailed/Export report)
- Total - don't know the usual residence
- Total NZ guests
- Total overseas guests
