How to change the units appearing on The Booking Engine?

You can change the images, names, and descriptions of the stock units appearing on The Booking Engine from your ResBook PMS account.

Changing names and descriptions

1. In your ResBook PMS account, go to Settings (the cog wheel icon [⚙️] on the top right corner) > Stock Configurations > Stock Units
   
2. Click on the name of the required stock unit which name you want to amend, the name/description tab of the stock unit opens, where you can change the name and description as needed.
   
3. Once you have done the required amendments, scroll to the bottom of the page and click save. 
   

Changing images

1. In your ResBook PMS account, go to 
2. Settings (the cog wheel icon [⚙️] on the top right corner) > Photo Gallery 
   
3. Click Room on the left hand menu
   
4. Click on "ResBook" to the right of the stock unit you'd like to change the image for
   
5. You can then choose a file from your device and upload it, and tick mark the image you'd like to appear for the unit on The Booking Engine
   

Once you have done the changes you'd like to, you can refresh The Booking Engine and will see the new data.
