How to use the Activity Report

Activity Report

From the reports menu located across the top horizontal menu, select the Activity Report.

The activity report will generate data based on the available activities (note: activities can also be services in some cases depending on how you have set them up in ResBook).  Activities are typically walking trips, guided fishing trips, hunting trips, sailing, etc

There is now the ability to choose multiple activity categories and produce a report based on these activities. To create the report just click on the drop down and from the list add the activities one by one that you wish to generate a report on.

A pdf can be downloaded by clicking on the “Print” button, or if you wish to generate an excel .csv file just click on the export button.

The generated pdf report will look similar to the image below:
