How To See ResBook PMS User Logs for Room Open and Close Actions

How do I track room user open and close actions in the PMS?

You can track room open and close actions directly in the user activity logs. Every time a room is opened or closed, the system will automatically capture:

• Action Type: Open Room / Close Room
• Time of Action: Date and timestamp
• Performed By: User who made the update
• Date Range Affected: Start and End Date of the room status update
  
  It is available in Settings > User Logs > Bookings Module 

Example Log Entry

• Subtype: Close Room
• Title: Close Room Updated: Exclusive Use
• Content: Close Room Updated From Start Date: 21 August 2025 End Date: 31 August 2025
• Updated By:  @Existing user logged in
• Updated On: 12 August 2025 @ 2:15 PM
