E-mail Tags	Tags Purpose and Function
Financial Summary	These are the notes you may add before finalising the report
Owner First Name	Information of this tag will be retrieved from: Contacts > Type: Owners > First Name
Owner Last Name	Information of this tag will be retrieved from: Contacts > Type: Owners > Last Name
Owner Address	Information of this tag will be retrieved from: Contacts > Type: Owners > Address
Owner E-mail	Information of this tag will be retrieved from: Contacts > Type: Owners > E=mail address
Financial Statement Date	The date when the statement was generated
Financial Balance Summary	Displays the table of the balance summary in the generated report
Financial Incoming Summary	Displays the table of the income report upon date selection
Financial Outgoing Summary	Displays total expenses table
Financial Statement Start Date	Start date of the generated financial statement; information taken from Reports > Financial Reports > Owner Statements > selecting the start date
Financial Statement End Date	End date of the generated financial statement; information taken from Reports > Financial Reports > Owner Statements > selecting the end date
